WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?
The ceremony begins at 12:30pm, please arrive by 12:15pm to secure parking and get a good seat!
WHERE IS THE RECEPTION?
The reception is being held at Chateau Le Parc in Hall B. The address is 1745 Langstaff Road, Concord, ON, L4K 2H2, Canada.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE RECEPTION?
Our reception begins at 5:30 pm for cocktails and antipasto bar before the formal dinner begins.
IS THERE PARKING ON SITE?
Yes, free parking is available at the ceremony and reception venues.
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest! As we have to stay within our venue's capacity, we can only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your invitation or under your name when you RSVP.
ARE CHILDREN INVITED?
We love your little ones! However, we have decided that our reception will be an adults-only event with the exception of some children. If your children are not listed on your invitation, we encourage you to use this evening as a date night!
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no" so we can plan accordingly.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T RSVP?
If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide total guest counts to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. We hope you understand!
WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?
Please RSVP by March 14th, 2025 using the "RSVP" tab.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes, the drinks are on us!
